K31 handguard

This was ina a box that said k31 its original 

Has crack in it but I believe they all do as it has a factory bow tie 

K31 bolt beside it for size reference 

Please correct me if I’m wrong on this part as it came in same bag as bolt 

I’m not knowledgeable at all about k31
