Magpul Hunter 700 SA with Magwell

Have a Magpul Hunter 700sa stock(MAG495) with the bottom magwell (MAG497) that allows use of AI pattern magazines.

I used it for one hunting season 3 years ago when I used a factory 700 for a hunting season that was slated for a project long distance build. It's just been collecting dust ever since. Not in a rush to sell but with holidays around the corner I could free up some cash.

Local meetup preferred (I do these @ Vaughan Mills as its right off the 400). Willing to ship @ buyer's expense.
