Savage short action bell&carlson m40

I have a Bell & Carlson M40 style stock in black with grey webbing. It’s for a Savage model 10 short action with bottom bolt release. Fits heavy barrel. Recently purchased it used but going a different direction. 
Full disclosure there is no hole for the rear screw that holds the trigger guard, looks like it’s been repaired/filled. I used it once and didn’t notice any issue with the trigger guard. In very good condition other than no hole. Will ship.
