The French 1892 lebel is one of the most modern and robust antique revolvers available in Canada. It was also the first revolver designed to use modern smokeless powder in the world. These are becoming increasingly more valuable and hard to find in decent shooting condition.

The action on this one functions excellent and locks up very tight. Most of the original finish is present with some mild wear and oxidation. The bore has lots of life with good defined rifling and scatter oxidation as well (These barrels had shallower rifling for jacketed bullets to pass through) The grips are in excellent condition with no wear or wiggle in them. Judging by the mechanics and condition of the grips/ ratchet teeth, this gun probably spent a lot of time in its holster. This 1892 is in above average condition for being an old military surplus gun made 130 years ago.

Retailers still sell fiocchi 8mm lebel ammo if you decide to shoot this gun. I would have a gunsmith inspect it first though.

I am also including a letter showing this gun was captured during WW2 by an American soldier. The holster is included as well.

Will consider trade + cash for Webley type revolvers.

Shipping included.

No pal required 18+ only, this gun is antique status and made before 1898
