Sweet little 7 shot Merwin and Hulbert chambered in the .32 H&R with the 1.25" cylinder. Very compact little gun with a folding hammer so it wouldn't snag on a pocket. This is one the few .32 cal centerfire antique revolvers that are allowed in Canada. This one can chamber a trimmed down .32 S&W long or a .32 S&W short. The .32 H&R was a slightly shorter version of the .32 S&W long. This was considered one of the best engineered revolvers of the 19th century north America, exceptional quality, innovative design, and incredibly tight manufacturing tolerances.
This one is in very fine condition cosmetically and excellent condition mechanically. The bore is mostly bright with scattered oxidization, the lock up is rock solid with no play, grips have no chips and minimal wear, the finish is very good with most of the original nickel still left 96%, case hardening on the trigger guard and hammer are still visible.
FRT clearly states the version with the 1.25" cylinder is considered antique status in Canada. I can email a copy of this with the sale.
