Handgun Transfer Exemption Required
- A handgun may only be transferred to a buyer who meets one of the following criteria:
- Holds an Authorization to Carry (ATC) for lawful profession or protection of life.
- Trains, competes, or coaches in an Olympic/Paralympic handgun discipline and has the necessary confirmation letter.
- Individuals who do not meet these exemptions cannot legally acquire a handgun.
- Do not contact us if you do not have the required exemption.
- All transfers must be approved by the CFO.
