Selling my colt 1877 made in 1895. The action is smooth and all clicks are present including the silent safety notch. Works well in single and double action. I have shot a couple hundred rounds through this with zero issues. I use my own low pressure smokeless loads that I have worked up over 20+ years of shooting 41LC. I have shot this one out to 100 yards reliably.
The bluing is present but faded and worn in areas as can be seen in the photos. Case colouring is no longer visible. Bore is very clean with very minor spotting. Rifling is very sharp. All numbers are matching. Cylinder notches are crisp as can be seen in the photo. Screw heads are undamaged.
Comes with recent colt heritage letter showing it was delivered to Simmons Hardware Company in 1895 in an order of 15 guns from Colt.
