C96 Broomhandle Mauser Antique status

Up today is an antique status c96 in the 4xxx serial range. It will include the serialized rcmp issued antique status letter.

Its a little rough, but i have replaced all of the springs,put in a new bolt stop and extractor, and fitted new grips to it. Most parts are matching I will include all the parts i replaced

The parts that dont match are the extractor, bolt, grips, sear spring (original included)and hammer. The hammer appears custom made as its a little rough, but the gun passes a functions test, safety included.

The matching barrel extension has been cut down to 4 inches, and the bolt stop notch is beginning to deform. Probably a result of the weak springs (that were in there when I got it) and shooting 7.62 tokarev from it.

I believe this would be safe to fire now with the new springs and lightly loaded 7.63 mauser, but check with a gunsmith to be sure.

That said, I have a replacement barrel included as well.

I will include a repro stock and leather harness with cleaning rod 

So you will have a fully functioning pistol with a spare barrel. Both barrels are in 7.63 mauser
