Smith & Wesson New Model No 3 in 44 Russian, 6" barrel, 6 shot. These S&W 44's were highly prized for their accuracy and ability for quick reloading. The action on this piece functions excellent. Half and full cock work well. Timing and lockup are great. Bore and cylinder walls rate good with common wear. Extractor works well as it should and lifts upon barrel tilt to eject brass and snaps back in place upon full barrel tilt, the extractor on this one likes a swift barrel tilt to fully actuate. Nickel finish shows well for a vintage revolver with expected wear. Original grips are in good shape and free of cracks. If you need brass, lead or dies please inquire. Antique status in Canada, no PAL required to purchase or own. Will include an RCMP FRT printout showing antique status in Canada. $3650 includes Free Shipping.
