1942 Husqvarna Swedish M38 Mauser – Good Condition – Grade 1 Stock Disk

Selling my 1942 WW2 era Swedish M38 Mauser manufactured by Husqvarna in 6.5x55mm. This rifle is in good overall condition, mechanically sound, and displays honest historical character.

Condition Details:

• Metalwork: The metal is in nice shape with a good finish remaining across the receiver and barrel.
• Stock: The wood stock is in solid shape but features dings, dents, and compressions consistent with military service wear.
• Bore: Good condition. The bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling. The brass stock disk indicates a Grade 1 arsenal rating. There is a few scattered light pits in the grooves near the muzzle other wise it would rate very good. 
• Action & Bolt: Features the factory turned-down bolt handle. The action is smooth and locks up tight.

Serial Numbers:

• The receiver, bolt, safety, and cocking piece are all matching.
• The floorplate and buttplate match each other (likely swapped by a military armourer during its service life).
