Spanish m44

I'm selling a spanish m44 chambered in 8 mm mauser ,the barrel and action finish are in good condition but the trigger guard isn't original ,the front sling band may not be original but not sure,as well as the bolt handle appears to be turned down,the wood also seems to have been sanded down at some point and not sure if it's the original either ,there are a few cracks in the upper hand guard shown in pictures I'm looking to get $450 for it ,looking to sell locally
