Manufactured by Springfield Armory in March 1944. Blade front sight with ears and ramp, adjustable rear peep sight, Parkerized metal finish, barrel marked 6535448 dated 3/84, 12-SA bolt. Three piece smooth full military wood stocks, pistol grip, left side has Defence Eagle proof mark, checkered steel butt plate with trap, right side of stock has AA60846 (indicating Augusta Arsenal Rebuild), milled trigger guard, sling and stacking swivels, bayonet lug.
