This lever rifle is in new condition. No scratches or damage whatsoever. I test fire all new firearms I sell for buyers peace of mind. It has had 12 rounds in total through it and is sighted in at 50 yards and is hitting 6 inch steel at 100. Very accurate and smooth lever action
