Lee Enfield Sht LE Mk. 1* 1907

This is a Lee Enfield Sht LE Mk. 1*, which makes it a pretty collectable item these days. If you are collecting Lee Enfields, this would definitely be one of the more difficult ones to get. On this rifle, the bolt, receiver, barrel and rear sight bear matching numbers, and it still retains the sliding charger guide, volley sights, magazine cutoff and windage rear sight with protector 'ears'. At some time before my ownership it looks like the fore stock and nose cap was replaced, probably from a No. 1 Mk 111. The fore stock at one time had a white band painted on it that was subsequently removed. The bore is dark, but has plenty of rifling. Shipping $69 in Canada. PAL verification a must.
