Winchester Cooey Model 39

I have a Cooey Model 39 in good condition for sale. 

Wood Stock: Good to Very Good 

• Original finish appears intact.
• Normal scratches, dings, and handling marks consistent with decades of use.
• No obvious cracks through the wrist, fore-end, or buttstock.
• The stock doesn’t appear to have been sanded or refinished.

Metal Finish: Good 

• Bluing shows noticeable wear, particularly on the receiver and barrel.
• Edges have thinned from normal handling.
• No significant rust, deep pitting, or signs of neglect.
• The finish appears honest rather than abused.

Bore
The photos suggest:

• Rifling appears visible and reasonably sharp.
• No obvious heavy corrosion or severe pitting.
