1965 Parker Hale Safari Deluxe in .30-06. This controlled round feed is built with a Mauser 98 action. Walnut finish is very clean with some handling marks. Stock is solid. Inspection of stock removed from action shows no cracks.
A Browning Butt pad has been added. Pad fit good, Pad in good condition and pliable.
Bluing is clean and dark with no active rust. Some pitting on left side of barrel near muzzle (my guess is it was put in a case wet). Crown is clean.
Drop down floor plate. Dove tail rear sight removed to accommodate scope clearance and is missing.
Rifle is standard with factory scope mounts that are permanently attached to receiver
Set of PH proprietary rings included.
