Beautiful, transition period 1949 Winchester model 70, "The Rifleman's Rifle." Minimal surface handling marks on the stock, overall blueing on the metal is 90% (most fading on the front sight hood). The bore is shiny and the movement of the bolt in the action is super smooth. Original, hand-fitted pre-64 models are highly coveted by collectors for their controlled round feed and exceptional reliability. Sub-MOA accurate rifle!
