270 Husqvarna Featherweight

   My dad had this barell changed to a douglas barell back in 1979.  My dad traded it to me for a 30/06 Bar because he didn't like me to start hunting with a semi auto rifle.  I used the tifle for a while and discovered the gunsmith didn't head dpace it correctly as the rifle was making a ring about 3/8 of an inch from the base, and sometimes sepersting there when going to eject the brass.  The barell is about 21 1/2 inches long.  The rifle comes with Weaver rings and mounts.  I just picked the rifle up today and had the head spacing fixed by Barry at Bits and Pieces in Delta.  The rifle doesn't have many rounds through it with the new barell.  The rifle also comes with Weaver bases and rings as shown in the photos.
