Husqvarna models 456 and 458 are lightweight full-stock carbines built on Husqvarna 1600/1640 small-ring CRF bolt-action.
Made in Sweden. Imported to North America during late 1960s.
Short 20.5-inch barrels and classic European-style full-length wooden stocks.
Model 456: Calibre 30-06. Classic full-length stock configuration.
Model 458: Calibre 6.5x55 Swedish. Monte Carlo style comb for improved eye alignment with a scope.
(There is a long ago solidly repaired crack at the toe of the stock. Difficult to see but I'll photograph it and post it here soon.)
Professionally installed Pachmayr recoil pads.
Very Good condition with excellent bores.
Scope and mounts are not included.
