This rifle was manufactured in the era, when Cooper was Cooper.   Exceptionally high build quality and accuracy guaranteed.  I have two Cooper 22's, so thinning out my collection and don't need two. Rifle is in VERY good to Excellent condition.  Shoots very well with Lapua SK Match. Sorry, does NOT include the scope or mounts.
