c1870 Tower Snider Cavalry carbine Mk.III in very nice condition. Unlike many Enfield-made examples still around, this one has the side bar and loop for the rider's sling. All of the barrel markings are crisp. The bore is not perfect, but the rifling is still very evident.
I have shot it, but as always you should have it checked over by a gunsmith if you plan to put rounds through it.
Original two-piece cleaning/clearing rods are unobtanium, and reproductions are also difficult to find. This carbine comes with a reproduction cleaning/clearing rod which has been made to match the specs of an original.
