7.62 x 51 LB No4 Enfield MK 1/3. It is built on a No4 MK1/3 1945 Enfield receiver that has excellent markings and finish. No extra holes driled nor tapped and no weld repairs.lt is barreled with a DCRA proofed barrel showing the "stylized leaf", "CA" and "7.62" markings. Bores and crown are pristine. Bolt is "LB" with a size 1 head and 7.62 "L42" extractor.
There is no DCRA conversion number on the assembly. Trigger is tuned, both stages are smooth and brakes crisply.
Magazine is an unissued 7.62 Sterling and feeds as it should. Target sights are Parker Hale front and rear.
The front is FS22 with removable aperture fitted to a No3 machined sight block and ears with clearance cut -very functional and maintains originality.
The rear is a 5c with 7.62 windage and elevation knobs (very rare) and a 6 hole adjustable eyepiece with a PH60 shroud.
The stock is AAA grade maple stamp " CA ". The stock has the aluminum bedding plate under the 'king" screw (front trigger guard screw)- DCRA thing. Awesome figure and color rarely found on any Enfield. All pieces match. No dents, dings cracks or repairs. $2500
