This is a Siamese Mauser Type 46/66 Rifle, chambered in 8x52mm. It was made for the Siamese military at the Tokyo Arsenal. It was originally a Type 46 rifle, chambered in 8x50mm that was later converted to a more convenient 8x52mm Spitzer cartridge. You can tell because the characters on the adjustable rear sight have been partially ground when the sight was modified.
