M96 Swedish 6.5x55 Mauser “Sporterized”

Have a original M96 Swedish Mauser in 6.5x55 that has been sporterized and placed in a custom right hand thumb hole stock.  Barrel was cut down from it’s original length to 21”, bolt turned down to clear scope, front and rear sights removed (not available), Butler Creek scope covers and reblued all professionally done by local gunsmith over 40 years ago with 5rd internal magazine, all matching numbers and I believe rifle is dated “1900” or close to there (but it’s under the scope base so can’t see).  Stock was acquired from a gun show around the same time and inletted with help of gunsmith and finished with multiple coats of hot linseed oil rubbed in by hand. Weaver 4x scope/ base included as well as sling swivels and sling. Stock can be customized to your build if you so desired as my hands are huge and also have a long reach. This stock worked perfectly for me when I needed it but it’s time to have someone enjoy it. Bagged a lot of light to medium sized game with this rifle. Has a couple of safe dings on stock but no cracks or gouged wood. Bore is shiny with flag safety and buttery smooth action.
