Savage 116 safari express

I have for sale a savage rifle model 116 safari express chambered in 338 winchester magnum. This rifle is pre accutrigger and was manufactured sometime in the mid 90s. It has a couple design features not present or available in other Savage rifles. One feature is the bolt. This bolt has been machined from the factory to function like a controlled round feed. Notice the missing plunger ejector and absent material on the bottom portion of the bolt face. This rifle also has a radial muzzle break, again from the factory. This break can be turned "on" or "off" in the field  by simply turning  the break by hand, no tools required. This rifle is outfitted with a blind internal box magazine and has a three position safety located on the tang. The sling swivel  barrel band makes for a nicer carry while out in the field. It comes with an original Savage sling with the old chief head emblem stamped into it. I can ship at buyers expense. I sometimes  drive to calgary and into southern Saskatchewan.
