Brand new and unfired. Less than 1 week old. First time out of the box and only for pictures. My original plan was to also purchase a second different model of 30-30 rifle to make a new caliber addition to my collection, but the other deal fell through. Most of my firearms are now 45-70 for ease of single caliber/ammo source. Not looking to gouge anyone by asking way over retail as I buy and sell on Gunpost as well. 

Shipping on buyer.  I can ship through UPS or Canada Post - buyer’s preference. My wife does all the packaging and she wraps it really nice. If local around GTA area then I can always meet up in person as well.

Will only trade for a brand new Marlin 1895SBL 45-70 in similar mint condition.
