This is a genuine Mauser K98k manufactured by Zbrojovka Brno in 1944 (marked dou 44, Mod.98). Chambered in 7.92×57mm (8mm Mauser) with a 24" barrel that shows strong, well-defined rifling. The bolt action cycles smoothly, and the internal magazine is functional. Metal parts retain a service-worn blue/patina, and overall mechanical integrity is solid.
