This Lee Enfield No5 Mk1 Jungle Carbine, ROF (F) dated April 1947 is a conversion to .22 LR.
The receiver, bolt and serial numbers all match. Sight is marked 25, 50 &100 yards.
Magazine is configured with a feed ramp and pop-up ejector. Bore is very good with prominent lands. I have had this rifle for 14 years and it was acquired out of the Peterborough area from an estate. I have only seen one other .22 LR No5 Carbine in this exact configuration. I have fired 10 rounds out of it since I owned it.
