Older model Savage 10 FCM scout in 308 Win.
Has Williams peep sight and a hooded front sight post, a B-Square scout mount, and I had bought Burris Xtreme Tactical steel bases, but never installed them. This rifle will come with a Vortex Crossfire II 2-7x32 long eye relief scope, and Vortex rings. I did put a small amount of blue Loc-Tite on there to secure the mount.
I have 3 magazines for this rifle, 4 rounds fit in each. They don’t always drop out freely, but that can most likely be fixed. You can just top load, or push the mag to get it to drop out. With this setup, it’s totally clear to do. You press the button on the side of the stock to release the mag.
Inexpensive Cabela’s sling attached, also holds 3 rounds.
Nice smooth action. Has been hunted, but no rust spots or dings. 3 position safety, 20” pencil barrel, oversize bolt handle.
This gun likes to be fairly clean, but shoots well, especially with Norma Whitetail 150 grain.
Weighs 8 pounds unloaded, as you see it, and is a total of 39 and 3/4”.
