For sale is a 1927 Swiss K11 Carbine.
This rifle is in good cosmetic condition, with a very good bore. Includes troop tag. All serialized parts are matching. There is significant finish wear on the top of the receiver, as well as significant stock wear near the muzzle on the left side (pictured), the bolt knob is damaged but serviceable (Replacements available from CSC). Not the prettiest but a great shooter.
This rifle is from a batch that came in in 2020 that were not stored very well. The stock was cleaned of mold and Swiss recipe walnut finish was applied (recipe provided by the Landesmuseum in Zurich). Metal parts that had rust were boiled and carded. Care was taken to ensure the original finish of both the wood and metal were not harmed, metal was not stripped and wood was not sanded.
Purchase includes a good condition undated leather sling of unknown manufacturer, and if you pick it up in person I will throw in a 10 round pack of GP11, and a small jar of Automattenfett grease.
