Lee Enfield No4 Mk1 Longbranch Barreled Receiver EAL Style

NO TRADES PLEASE. This is a scrubbed Longbranch receiver that has been machined similar to the EAL style from post WW2. The barrel is 21 inches long to the muzzle break and 23 inches including the break. Not sure if the muzzle break is threaded, pressed, or soldered on. The bore is very good - shiny with strong 5 groove rifling. Sporterized front sight. Barrel has a dovetail where a rear sight was mounted. This was a good functioning rifle I sourced Longbranch components from. It shot well with no issues, and used a number “0” bolt head. I won’t be using it on any of my projects but would be a great and inexpensive unit to build your Sporter on, or salvage the good barrel or receiver. Just what is included in the pics is for sale. Metal finish shows wear and tear but is presentable.
