I have a rare “T” marked Finnish M39. Sako produced in 1944. Rifle is in mint condition, with a bore I would rate 10/10. Matching receiver and bolt, mag is forced match, as is common with Finnish rifles. Beautiful cartouches in the wood, exceptional bluing.
T marked stocks are rifles deemed as “tarkastus” rifles. Essentially, the Finn’s held these aside as control rifles, to monitor warehouse conditions and that other conditions were optimal for the correct storage of the rifles, as well as manufacturing controls. These rifles are incredibly hard to find. Rifle comes with 100 Lapua 7.52x53r brass and some D166 200gr FMJBT projectiles.
I am interested in trades, but they are limited to German rifles, a MAS-36 or perhaps a nice PU sniper. Try your trade.
