Sad to let it go but need to give it a new life under new ownership. Selling my beautiful clone of a BM-59 ITAL rifle. Built on a Breda M1 Garand receiver (so NR classification), it has been machined then fitted with mostly BM-59 parts besides the barrel and gas plug screw. This was assembled by Garand Guy on CGN.
Barrel is a brand new Criterion M1 barrel that's been turned down then parkerized to fit the aesthetics of the rifle. Original BM59 barrels are very rare and usually shot out, so this is a very good stopgap. Shoots and cycles very well. Comes with one magazine and a M14 stripper clip guide if you want to install it on the rifle.
This is an once-in-a-life opportunity to own a piece of Cold War history that is still useable. Ask for more pictures.
