Custom REM 700 in 7mm-08

Had this rifle Built approx 10 years ago buy a local gunsmith. It is glass and pillar bedded and the barrel is fully free floated. It makes an excellent hunting/ bench rifle and is capable of 1/2moa

REM 700 stainless action which I purchased new.

Ted Giallard 9 twist medium heavy contoured barrel finished at 24”( throated to seat 175gr match bullets )

Pacific tool and Gauge obernof milled aluminum bottom metal and trigger guard. 

Timney Trigger( forget the model)

Boyds pepper laminate prairie hunter stock with my initials laser engraved in it from the factory.

Unfortunately I don’t have the time to user as intended, and has become a safe queen and surplus to my needs.  
The rifle has approx 900 rounds down the tube and the rifling is still in really good shape.  Comes with the Leopold 20 moa rail seen in photos. 
 

Not interested in shipping at this time but willing to travel or meet up within a reasonable distance.
