Post-1964 Winchester Model 70 XTR.
Chambered in .270 Winchester.
22 inch barrel.
The XTR is the upgraded version of the standard Model 70, it features:
-hand cut checkering on the stock
-steel floor- plate
-jewelled bolt
-higher gloss and deeper blueing on the metalwork
Equipped with a Tasco 2.5-10 power scope.
The trigger breaks at 3½ pounds.
Three position safety.
The metal work shows no signs of rust or corrosion.
The wood furniture shows a few wear marks indicative as to its age.
The wood furniture shows a few scuff marks.
There are no signs of wear on the grip cap.
The recoil pad is the iconic red Winchester pad.
The bore is clean and bright with well defined rifling.
The muzzle shows no signs of wear.
