I have too many unfinished projects ahead of this one so letting it go. This example is a great start for anyone who's interested in completing things...a rare Savage Model 1904 single shot in .22 S/L/LR.
The stock has been refinished, the barrel/receiver re-blued, original front/rear sights, original butt plate.
It has the original bolt but it does no always hold in the cocked position so should not be fired. I have never checked if the existing bolt can be "repaired".
It is also missing the trigger guard.
I am including an old .22 gun stock, I cannot remember what is was originally from as it's been too long....throwing it in as I am cleaning house.
