For Sale: Savage 99 Takedown in 250-3000 Savage. With a manufacturing date traced back to 1920.
This firearm has all original parts and is in relatively good condition for it's age. The biggest issue is the tang crack on the firearm which is a very common issue with this model. The pictures included show the damage to the stock, and the matching serial number on the parts.
Rifling is very good on the barrel, the barrel is tight to the receiver, and the rotary drum is in perfect working condition. I have only fired about 20 rounds through it and it is very accurate. I don't use this firearm and have no planned use for this firearm so I want to sell it.
