Non restricted. Pal and license check required. Dated to 1893-1894 manufacture. Ready to shoot. Leather sling included. Nice gun. Rates as excellent for a 130 year old gun. Don't expect it to be like a 2026 model.

In the USA this is an Antique and subject to NO FFL & is probably worth $1000-1500 USD. In Canada it's Non restricted and worth $1050-1250 like all the other Marlin 44-40s.
Looking down the muzzle id rate the bore 8.5-9/10. Only 2 tiny pits noticable in that 12-15" in visible sight. Defined sharp rifling and some shine.
Not meeting for Viewings. If you want it send funds. Hate that ding your gun up or waste your time crap.
