Break action single shot Savage 219 in 30-30 Winchester. The buttock was repaired at some point in its history, but it is solid with no movement. Has a metal forend spacer and it locks up tight.
The bore is great in this rifle and it shoots really well. It has semi-buckhorn sights with a really nice small brass bead. Easy target acquisition and great sight picture. The one time I had it at the range, I was shooting 1 inch groups at 60 yards with cheap Federal PowerShot. It shoots better than I do with open sights.
I am moving, so I am thinning my collection.
