As new condition. I bought it a few years ago from the original owner, he had fired about half a box of ammo thru it and never used after that. I bought it and fired the other half of the box of ammo and it just sits in my vault. I just have no use for it and find the ammo too expensive, I have l several rifles that shoot military ammo well and I have lots of ammo for them.
