Ruger #1 S-C in .45-70

Downsizing as I near the Big 7 – 0.

A Beautiful & rare Ruger #1 S–C in .45-70.  [Model 11365] 26” barrel with Ruger’s standard quarter rib with folding sight, banded front sight & banded forward sling swivel.  Built with Circassian wood [the C in S-C; the S is for the C weight barrel].  Unlike the normal Ruger #1's, the fore-end chequering wraps all the way around the bottom of the forearm.  As the photos show, there are 3 small scuffs in the butt-stock.  Comes with Ruger rings, manual, safety lock, but no factory box.

The rifle is part of a Lipsey's special run.  Ruger only made 250 of these for Lipsey's exclusive distribution.

Pictured Swarovski 1.5-6x42 scope & 30mm rings not included, but may be purchased at the same time for an additional $1,000.00.
