Winchester model 12 custom trap - heavy duck, round post rib 12 gauge pump action shotgun

Winchester model 12 custom trap. 12 gauge, 3”. 30” barrel. 14.75” LOP. Fixed full choke. Started out life in 1954 as a 3” heavy duck field model. Factory round post rib with the skinny extension. This was restored and upgraded into a trap model by a professional gunsmith. Excellent wood grain with high shine lacquered finish. Hairline crack starting on the left side where receiver meets the wrist. Almost looks like it’s a natural mark in the wood. There is some wear of the jeweling on the bolt as I have shot quite a few trap targets with this unit. This shotgun came out of a very prestige Winchester collection. Currently has a Morgan adjustable curved pad installed. Pretty sure I have the original pad in one of my parts bins somewhere. I think it was a red leather pad.
