Rizzini B. Marcheno V.T. Field

Up here is an older Rizzini O/U shotgun produced by Battista Rizzini in Italy. The shotgun itself has been super reliable but admittedly it has seen some better days.

The action has upland bird engravings on all 3 sides and they’re beautiful. The barrels retain most of their bluing but there is some wear on the front of the barrels.

Now the rough parts. The stock itself was cracked from a drop that broke the top of the stock and the buttplate, the cracked wood was glued and repaired but i’ve still gotta order the buttplate. It’s not required for the operation of the gun and i’ll be honest, it still shoots fine even with it. The top barrel also has a dent in it, it’s rather small and doesnt affect it’s patterning.

Looking for $600 OBO on this guy, it’s in need of a bit of love but it’s still a really nice Rizzini at it’s core and it’s definitely worth the fix.
