New Remington 870 TAC-14 12 gauge. I bought it new, and have never gotten around to firing it. I have cycled it a bunch, just to start smoothing it up.
The optic is a Holosun 403R gold dot, on a Weaver rail. The light is a Streamlight TLR7 (nice rounded edges at the back, good for wrapping your thumb around). The grip is standard, but with the recoil strap from Demonstrated Concepts (check his YouTube for some amazing work with this style of shotgun). And it includes the extra factory grip pictured.
