This is a beautiful double side-by-side live pigeon gun made by George Gibbs . It is in excellent condition. The wood is fantastic with no marks or gouges and has a beautiful high oil finish and original checkering. The stock has its original recoil pad (engraved horn) and the length of pull is 14 1/2 inches. It has a beautiful wood to action finish and goes up real nice with a full english style straight stock.
The bores are crystal clear and the barrels retain all their original bluing with no marks or dents anywhere throughout the barrels. It has a flat top file cut rib. They are 30 inches long. It is a two and three-quarter inch nitro proofed gun (original proof). It closes like a vault, super tight and has greener cross bolt and beautiful style engraving. The barrels are full choke. A further awesome feature is …it has automatic ejectors (Southgate) that work perfectly. It comes with its original leather case with brass corners. The case is in very good condition.
