This is a J. Manton London Damascus Twist Black Powder Shotgun. While it's being sold as a functional firearm, its too old and not safe to shoot. This gun should be hung on a wall of a hunting cabin. It's got a great engraving of a bird dog on the locks and stocks.
Best I can tell it's from around 1900 or so. I did my best in picking off the proof marks. Have a look for yourself... I couldn't find an ELG oval on the barrel but I wouldn't be surprised if it had one.
