Mossberg 500 JIC

Bought this on a whim, was going to keep it in the trailer but didn’t end up having the space. The 6” sealed PVC tube is perfect for long term storage, with plenty of room in the tube to fit a bandolier with a variety of 12ga ammo for any situation, plus any extras that you might want in your “Just In Case” setup.  The gun was bought pre-owned, but unfired. I put one magazine through it to test function and that is all.  The bluing has a beautiful depth to it, and all the gun’s functions are crisp and silky as should be expected from the famous 500 series shotgun from Mossberg. A little bonus with the Mossberg’s is their skeletonized elevator allows for the installation of the Opsol Mini clip, which enables the shotgun to reliably feed mini-shells; a fun lower-recoil alternative offered by Aguila and Federal, available in #4 buck, slug, and a combo shot size by Aguila.  Note that using the mini-shells increases the magazine tube capacity to something like 8+1 in the chamber! 

 I keep trying to find a reason to keep this kit, but at this point it’s just taking up space. Was $739+tx and shipping, I want $650.
