Mossberg 500/maverick 88

For sale. Functionally a Maverick 88 due to the trigger safety but otherwise a mossberg 500 (Lakefield Mossberg 400G reciever with plugged tang safety slot) could be converted back by knocking out the plug and adding 500 trigger group and tang safety. Reciever drilled and tapped for included rail. Barrel started life as a 3” chambered 30” fixed full choke but is now a 22” cylinder bore with Williams rifle sights.(effectively a slug barrel) Synthetic stocks with swivel studs, stipled pistol grip and corncob ribbed forend on a forend tube (not pinned like 88). Multi mount on magazine tube allows you to add accessories of your choosing. Great woods Defense or slug gun, just need to thin the herd.
