1970's Smith&Wesson Shotgun excellent shape. It takes 3 inch shells has a fixed modified choke.slide action/pump shotgun with one action bar in 12 gauge, with a 28" plain barrel and a single brass front sighting bead.
Model 916 also called "The Eastfield".It is becoming rarer. This is an utilitarian shotgun that's worthed to get if you want a Smith & Wesson and a 1970's shotgun in your collection. Very vintage.
Smith & Wesson bought the patent for the Nobel model 66 in 1973. The difference being that instead of aluminum, Smith & Wesson's models receivers are made of steel. It can take Magnum shells and steel shots to hunt doves, ducks or for skeet shooting clays.
A lot of these were made for the police but this one was made for civilians.
