Project or parts gun #1 sxs 12 gauge

Union arms co of Toledo Ohio 12 gauge side by side. Lock up lever not working and action does not stay closed. Lock up is decent, firing pins and triggers etc all function, wood is nice, but plate is broken. Shipping available. 
***I have got in a large estate collection where there is a bunch of project firearms that the family has asked me to sell as is. I checked them quickly and will list the issues that I have found.
